Following our first meeting we will agree a goal and identify what you wish to learn and the best way of achieving that goal for you.
We teach pupils aged 7+, and all levels of ability from complete beginner to advanced students. Generally most students take one private lesson a week, which are either 30 m or 1hr in length. During your lessons you will learn all of the necessary techniques needed on your journey as a musician
An awareness of the many different styles of rhythm that are available to us. This can include common variations such as Rock, Funk and Jazz, but we can also look at Latin, African rhythms, and more specialist topics such as double bass drum technique.
These will give your body the co-ordination it needs in order to perform the ideas we will be working on, and allow you to make your ideas into reality.
Reading Is a great way to communicate ideas and will offer you a great deal of opportunities as a musician.
